The latest model of the specialized sewing automation machine is designed for attaching Velcro and tapes. The machine features an automatic feeder that cuts the tape to the required length and then automatically inserts the element into the guides in the sewing area. The tape is fed directly from the roll without the need for pre-cutting into segments, significantly reducing the overall process time.

The newly improved material pressure system allows sewing closer to the edge of the Velcro. It can sew the element along the perimeter, along parallel sides, and in an envelope pattern. The machine is equipped with two clear control panels: one for operating the feeder and the other for inputting patterns and programming sewing parameters (sewing speed, stitch length, etc.).

The Velcro feeder is equipped with interchangeable blades and allows for cutting Velcro straight, in curves, and with rounded corners (requires special parts – OPTION).

The machine requires connection to a compressed air system.
