Ultrasonic machine, designed for joining, cutting or decorative finishing of products, e.g. masks, disposable medical clothing, protective clothing as well as technical products, tablecloths, bedspreads, tapes, ribbons and much more. This effect is achieved by introducing the processed elements into the operating zone of special pressure rollers.
The process of joining and cutting is safe, runs without smoke and the risk of ignition of the material. Ultrasonic cutting guarantees the highest quality, also ensuring an aesthetic finish of the material edge.
The machine is equipped with one type of pressure roller as standard, which allows to obtain one pattern of finishing. Depending on customer needs, a wide range of rollers are available to provide different types of finishes. The possibility of welding and cutting in a straight and curved line.

A compressed air supply is required for proper operation.

The materials must contain min. 70% synthetic fibers.
