Electronic buttonhole machine, 1-needle, 2-thread with the possibility of sewing a third reinforcing thread (cord) equipped with an indexer that allows automatic sewing of up to 6 holes in one operation. The machine can sew holes with or without eyelet, with knife cut before or after sewing, with concurrent or cross bartack or without, as well as round holes (a change of knife and cutting block is required). Energy-saving servo motor built into the machine head and stepper motors controlling individual mechanisms.

The most important parameters include type and size of buttonhole sewing, cutting method, sewing speed, are programmed using a modern, readable control panel. For each type of buttonhole it is possible to program the shape, width, type of cut, etc. individually.

The programming function of cycle sewing of several different types of holes, option through which we can sew holes in the product without having to move the machine. Quick change of the buttonhole type, without difficult mechanical adjustments, gives the machine an ideal character for short series production, with high variability of patterns.

The construction of the head enables longitudinal sewing of holes on long elements.

Indexer:

Using the indexer allows sewing several parallel holes at a programmed distance. The machine is perfect for sewing pants (fly), suits (holes on the sleeve), etc.

A compressed air connection is required.
