Modern industrial sewing machine designed for sewing belt loops in all kinds of clothing products. The machine has a special designed 2-needle head that enables simultaneous sewing of the belt loop with two bartacks. Automatic belt loop feeder that simultaneous cuts the belt loop for given length and forms it to the desired fold. That ensures a significant reduction of the sewing time of one belt loop.
The operator’s work is limited only to placing a piece of clothing in the working area of ​​the machine. The machine also allows to make belt loops with decorative bartacks. All of the operating parameters of the machine are set on LCD touch control panel. Belt loops can be cut straight or slant.
The machine is equipped with a system for detecting joints (thickening) of the belt loop, that are automatically cut off and discarded from the working area.

Productivity: 180-200 trousers with 5 belt loops.
