Device for automatic hot cutting of tape with embedding of the edge. The machine is designed to cut straight or at an angle. Cutting angle adjustment with an accuracy of 1 degree. All parameters are entered using a clear control panel with an LCD display.

Possibility to set many cutting combinations:

• straight cut
• oblique cutting from 0 to 45 degrees at the beginning and end of the cut element
• oblique cut from 0 to 45 degrees at the beginning and straight cut at the end
• bevel cut from 0 to 45 degrees at the beginning and bevel cut from 0 to 60 degrees at the end
• double-sided oblique cut from 0 to 30 degrees at the beginning and straight cut at the end

A device designed for hot cutting of carrier tapes, webbing tapes, Velcro, rubber, zipper tapes and many others. The machine automatically measures programmed tape sections and cuts them off while embedding the edges. This is important when cutting materials that are prone to fraying (embedding the edges applies to synthetic materials that are susceptible to melting at high temperatures).
Automatic stop when the tape runs out. It is an ideal machine for increasing efficiency and improving the quality of products while saving labor, thanks to the high accuracy and cutting speed of the machine and easy control of the device.
